To remember what we are, we use the breath. First, place your hands on your belly, erect your spine, pull your shoulders back, and slightly tuck in your chin. Exhale completely. Now slowly breathe in from your belly and direct your breath and attention to your mind. Hold your breath. Now breathe in more as you direct your attention to your heart space. Hold. Breathe slightly more as you slowly expand your attention further into your soul. Now as you slowly exhale bring your awareness to your body and feel it's connection with Earth. Breathe in, gently close your eyes, and feel your whole being.
Repeat this breathing technique anytime and as often as you'd like.
